Runtime Error ‘75’. Path / File Access error

Today I installed an interactive software AV Books. At the end of installation it asked me if I wanted to open it and I selected yes. So the program opens and everything seemed to be working.

I closed it and after a while opened it again but I started getting the error: Runtime Error ‘75’. Path / File Access error.

I tried several times and the program won’t start. I thought something got corrupted and so uninstalled it and did a fresh installed. The same result. Finally I searched and while searching I read somewhere ‘Vista’ and that’s it. As if the lightening struck me and I knew what might be causing that error. I just right clicked my program icon and selected ‘Run as Administrator’ and boom…there it opened.

In short:

Right-click the program –> Select ‘Run as Administrator’
