Hi Scott,

The new release of Vs 2005 for web dev looks great. I'm glad to see that there are now built in accessability validators, thats going to make my life alot easier.

I'm also glad to see that the editor is no longer screwing around with the html source code when you change views.

Are there going to be anymore Channel9 videos about the changes and enhancments for asp.net 2.0?

Any idea when Beta 2 is coming? Wasn't it promise sometime at the end of March :)?

[BTW, I'm surprised that this blog was not migrated over to blogs.msdn.com :)]

Hi Anon,

Beta2 is coming soon. We are taking the last few stress fixes right now to get to 100% reliability. The final build should be in the next few days (it then takes a little time to code-sign it and ship).

I want to make sure Scott Guthrie’s latest interview at Channel 9 doesn’t go unnoticed. Scott goes over some of the features geared toward web standards and accessibility.
